Reserve Shiraz 2009
Shiraz grapes grown on a South facing slope with stony clay soil have produced this graceful and textured shiraz.
This wine has been aged in French Oak barrels for one year and traditionally bottled without fining or filtration. Minimal sulphur dioxide has been used in producing this wine (less than half the permitted level in an Certified Organic Wine).
Each bottle has been hand numbered and closed with a Diam cork.
Production - only 300 cases

The nose displays a fragrant array of red berries and cassis that combine with a subtle bouquet of spice and cocoa. A medium bodied palate and silky texture ensure that this wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with food.

Aziza’s Shiraz 2009 Preservative Free
Proudly the Hunter Valley’s first preservative free wine and one of only a handful to be produced in Australia. This wine does not contain any added allergens, making it the perfect drop for those searching something purer and more expressive.
Shiraz grapes grown on a South East slope with volcanic soils produced this wine which was then aged in French oak barrels and bottled without any fining agents.
This wine has been closed with a Diam cork and traditionally sealed with wax.
Production - only 120 cases.
