Aziza’s Chardonnay 2011 Preservative Free

Fermented in the traditional way by
indigenous yeasts this hand harvested
Chardonnay was made without the
use of any additions or preservatives.
It has been bottled without the use of
fining agents or unnecessary stabilisations
and may show traces of natural
sediment.
Blossomy scents of golden orchard
fruits over viscous layers of hazelnuts
and cream. It is finely grained with
oak yet soft with the richness of a fresh
brie. Best enjoyed at 10-12˚C and
protected from heat and light.

Rose Nouveau 2011 Preservative Free

Inspired by the great natural producers in Southern France this wine was fermented by indigenous yeasts, without the use of any additions or preservatives. It has been bottled without fining agents or unnecessary stabilisations to convey the full flavours of the Hunter Valley and may show traces of natural sediment. Subtle scents of Autumn, with notes of peppery raspberry. It has a dry, voluminous finish.
Best enjoyed young and protected from heat and light.

Shiraz Nouveau 2011

Inspired by the great natural producers in Beaujolais, France this wine was 100% whole bunch fermented by indigenous yeasts, without the use of any additions or preservatives. It has been bottled without fining or filtration to convey the full flavours of the Hunter Valley and may show traces of natural sediment.
Toffeed blackberries and hints of tea, it is fleshy and flamboyant with a touch of smoke on the finish.
Best enjoyed young and protected from heat and light.

Aziza’s Chardonnay 2010

A small quantity of hand picked Chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented in a new French oak barrel. The wine was bottled directly from barrel without the use of any fining agents, as a result natural sediment may form.

Reserve Shiraz 2009

Shiraz grapes grown on a South facing slope with stony clay soil have produced this graceful and textured shiraz.

This wine has been aged in French Oak barrels for one year and traditionally bottled without fining or filtration. Minimal sulphur dioxide has been used in producing this wine (less than half the permitted level in an Certified Organic Wine).

Each bottle has been hand numbered and closed with a Diam cork.

Shiraz 2009

The nose displays a fragrant array of red berries and cassis that combine with a subtle bouquet of spice and cocoa. A medium bodied palate and silky texture ensure that this wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with food.

Aziza’s Shiraz 2011 Preservative Free

Hand harvested Shiraz grapes were
gently fermented in the style of
traditional producers from the Rhone,
the spiritual home of Shiraz.
It has been bottled without the use of
preservatives or fining agents to convey
the full flavours of the Hunter Valley
and may show signs of natural sediment.
Violets dusted in cocoa with the caress
of toasted wood. It has a floral purity
and silky elegance with black kirsch
teasing the fine tannins throughout the
finish. Best enjoyed at 16-18˚C and
protected from heat and light.
